We researched many other subdivisions and constructions in the Erie area. When we visited the model home and met Sarah, we fell in love with the design of the Holly 3. On our first visit my wife 'moved in'. At this point, we knew we found the right builder to construct our new home. The professionalism and knowledge of the business was apparent in our first meeting with Natalie. Anytime there was a question or concern during the building process, Dominic immediately addressed them, which solidified why we chose Maleno's to build our home. Building a home can be very stressful, but our experience was stress-free. This location fits our personal needs. We love the closeness to friends, work, eateries, theater, and shopping areas. The neighborhood is quiet, yet the neighbors are friendly and willing to help whenever needed.
